How to install Virtiora on your device

Choose your device below for clear, step-by-step instructions. Virtiora works on Fire TV, Android, Apple, Smart TVs, MAG and Roku — and you'll be watching in a few minutes with the login we send you.

Before you start. Virtiora is a subscription — you pick whichever player app you like, and most are free. Think of it like a SIM card: your Virtiora plan is the SIM, the player is the phone it goes into. Switch apps anytime; your line stays the same.

Have your login ready: your Xtream Codes (server URL, username, password) or M3U URL arrive by WhatsApp or email after you subscribe.

Install Virtiora on Fire TV

Fire TV has no built-in player, so you'll use the free Downloader app to install the one you want. Set up Downloader once, then enter the short code for your player.

From the Fire TV home screen, open search, type Downloader, and install the orange Downloader app.

Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options → Install unknown apps and switch Downloader on.

Open Downloader, type your player's code (e.g. 6468112 for IPTV Smarters), and press Go.

When it finishes downloading, click Install, then Open.

Choose Login with Xtream Codes API and enter the URL, username and password we sent you. That's it — your channels load automatically.

Android TV has the Google Play Store built in, so it's quick. No Play Store on your box? Use Downloader with the same codes as Fire TV.

No Play Store? Install Downloader, allow unknown apps, then enter a code (e.g. 6468112). For an Android stick you can also use https://iboplayer.com/app_downloads/ibop.apk to get IBO Player.

Open the app, choose Login with Xtream Codes API, and enter your URL, username and password. Done.

Install Virtiora on a Smart TV

On Samsung and LG, the easiest player is IBO Player from your TV's app store. You register the TV once, then add your Virtiora playlist online — no sideloading.

Open your TV's app store (Samsung Apps or LG Content Store), search IBO Player, and install it.

Open the app and note the MAC address and device key on screen.

On a phone or PC, go to https://iboplayer.com/downloads, open the player portal, sign in with that MAC + key, and add a playlist using your Virtiora Xtream Codes or M3U URL.

Reopen the app on your TV — channels and VOD appear. Done.

Install Virtiora on a MAG Box

Infomir MAG 254 / 322 / 424 & compatible

MAG boxes use a portal linked to your box's MAC address. Send us the MAC, we link your line, then it's just a reboot.

Go to Settings → System Settings → About and note the MAC address (like 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX).

Send that MAC to us on WhatsApp or email. We add your line to the portal.

If asked, set the portal URL we give you under Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.

Reboot the box — channels and EPG load automatically. Done.

Install Virtiora on Roku

Add an IPTV player straight from the Roku Channel Store, then sign in with your Virtiora details.

On your Roku, go to Streaming Channels → Search and find a player — HotPlayer, IPTV Smarters, IBO Player or SmartOne.

Add channel, then open it. Some players show a device code to link on their website.

Enter your Virtiora Xtream Codes or M3U URL (or add it via the player's website using the on-screen code).

Load the playlist — your channels appear. Done.

Troubleshooting

Most issues take under a minute to fix. Try these before contacting us.

Buffering or freezing
Aim for a stable 20+ Mbps connection for HD/4K. Restart your router and device, and use 5GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet where you can.
"Wrong login" or won't connect
Your details are case-sensitive. Re-type the URL, username and password exactly — no extra spaces, and don't mix up 0 (zero) and O.
App won't install on Fire TV
Make sure Install unknown apps is on for Downloader, then re-enter the code. Delete old install files if storage is low.
No channels or empty categories
Refresh / reload the playlist in your player, or remove and re-add the user. Updating the app usually clears it.
Some channels won't open
A few ISPs slow streaming traffic. A VPN (or a different VPN server) often restores access. Clearing the app cache also helps.
